Married my Beloved Partner Mark, Haidabear, on August 30, 2008 - yes, we met on Bear411! We were united in marriage in the heart of San Francisco on Saturday, August 30, 2008 at San Francisco's LGBT Center. Our Patterdale Terrier named Buster “Shadow” Bear, served as ring bearer. We describe our relationship as Gardeners to each other and to those who surround us. Spirituality, art, and nature forms the core of our lives which was reflected in our culturally diverse wedding service. An original Pacific Northwest Haida Banner of a Bear served as a backdrop while we stood on a hand painted wedding labyrinth floor cloth. We sealed our vows with traditional Gaelic Claddagh Rings and a Maori greeting between men known as "the sharing of a breath of life." Following the service and reception we donated all of our floral wedding arrangements to the Del Martin Memorial at the LGBT Center. Enjoying life in the very heart of the Castro. Life's too short, enjoy it now. I am in love and happily married in a Monogamous relationship with a Great Husband, in a new beginning after living in Chicago for 20 years, farm grown but city wise. I am a Photographer and Independent Filmmaker, my work has been on MTV.
