46 y/o, 5'9", 190lbs, divorced but now happily partnered daddy (partner is SouthBearNMS). Searching for chat and friends in the Birmingham, AL area and all over the world. My hobby is home improvement projects. I have renovated three houses in my life, and I really enjoy transforming living space into something special. Unfortunately, I am much better in the mechanics of remodeling than in the design aspects. Can always use some help there...[Hint]. I also spend a lot of time with my three children. I have two sons 17 & 14 and one very special daughter who is 12 (going on 16!) They are the lights of my life while my Hubby is truly the love of my life! I am originally from Central Florida. I miss the beach, but I love Birmingham and plan to call it home from now on - so far 11+ years! Fortunately, Pensacola and Orange Beach are only about 4 hours drive, and the Gulf beaches are the best in the world! That and close proximity to Atlanta make Birmingham an ideal location to live. I play a little guitar - mostly 70's rock, but I have been learning to play classical guitar in the past few years. I also like to read, watch college sports particularly SEC teams (BIG Gators, Rebels fan!), cook anything on the grill, look for antiques, travel, and work in the yard when the weather is nice. Hubby and I joined the YMCA in February, and we're both starting to notice the changes from our 3 - 4 days a week workouts. Don't know if I'll ever get to the point where I'll be considered a musclebear, but that's not really my goal. I just want to stay fit and healthy. I'm DD-free, and my doctor is test-happy so I get checked often whether I think I need it or not. LOL! My type: DD free, masculine, 30-60 years, moderate to very hairy, chunky to husky to BIG! (proportionate - not particularly flabby), facial hair and shaved head a plus! If you also ride a Harley and wear a leather vest just come on over right now (LOL!) Not attracted to "nellie" or effeminate guys, but that doesn't mean that we can't be the best of friends. Hubby and I are always up for guests, as long as the kiddos are not with us.
